Key Personnel

David

David is a certified project manager with more than 30 years of experience in residential home construction and subdivision developments.  David has spent over 15 years as rental property manager as well as a commercial mortgage broker and investments manager.  Saying David knows his housing and the housing market is an understatement! 


He is consummate professional and will guide clients through a project with a dedication to high quality products and service.

Randy

Randy is a certified Project Manager with more than 30 years of experience in construction and steel fabrication. He is responsible for the construction of single family homes, multi-family residences and commercial developments.  A finish carpenter by trade, a ticketed steel fabricator and an Information Technology professional, his attention to detail is a point of pride. Randy’s many years in the information technology field, have given him the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. 


He is dedicated to ensuring the client is happy with all the decisions from start to finish on all projects, be it a restoration / renovation or a new home build.

Roxanne

Roxanne has over 10 years in interior and exterior design. She has honed her skills working with development and management companies throughout western Canada and brings passion and creative flair to all her projects.
